Where you Fit In:

As a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist at Sportingtech, you will play a pivotal role in our Talent Acquisition function, directly supporting the Head of TA in building high-performing teams that drive our company's growth. You'll be an integral part of a collaborative HR team, with your contributions ensuring that we attract, engage, and hire the right talent to fuel our ambitious goals. The main area of focus will be across LatAM although you will have the opportunity to support hiring & HR efforts globally.

Who are You?

You are a skilled and experienced Tech Recruiter with a background in HR, bringing a deep understanding of the Brazilian recruitment landscape, ideally within the iGaming industry. You have a proven track record of successfully hiring software developers, QA engineers, and other critical roles across both tech and non-tech domains. Fluent in Portuguese and English, but can ideally speak Spanish too as we look to expand into new territories in the future.

The impact you will have:

  • Support the Head of TA and work with Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Ownership of the recruitment process in LatAm in order to source and evaluate candidates to secure the best talent.
  • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements in all channels used by the company.
  • Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout the entire hiring process, from initial interview to offer negotiation.
  • Support the global Talent Acquisition team to ensure cover and support across all global vacancies, as required.
  • Prepare and administer all new employee-related documents.
  • Prepare and oversee all pre-onboarding and onboarding requirements for all new employees.
  • Support all HR administrative tasks to maintain employee records and assist with HR processes, such as payroll.
  • Oversee the office and facilities in liaison with our office provider and in consultation with the Global Services and Expansion Director.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous recruitment and HR experience, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong network within the Brazilian market and ability to build strong candidate pipelines at speed
  • Fluent verbal and written Portuguese & English – bonus points if you are fluent in Spanish too.
  • Strong organisational and management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR.
  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).
  • Ability to travel when required.
