Responsibilities
  • Complete large, complex network design, engineering, configuration, and operational tasks
  • Provide subject matter expertise in multiple network technologies and integrate diverse technologies
  • Drive improvements to processes and standards across Technology and Service Delivery
  • Mentor co-workers on essential network technologies, processes, and products
  • Lead large project teams and present results to senior management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking
  • Familiarity with various broadband and narrowband access technologies
  • Expertise in TCP/IP technologies, including routing protocols and VoIP
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and lead cross-functional groups
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Perl) for network automation
  • Familiarity with network automation frameworks and tools
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of business analysis tools, including cost-benefit analysis
  • Positive attitude and focus on company objectives
