The Conversational Design Coordinator plays a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the quality of conversational experiences designed and delivered across various channels. This position involves designing and developing conversational interfaces and coordinating between teams to ensure consistent and effective communication strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of conversational design solutions;
  • Create and manage project documentation, ensuring clarity and transparency;
  • Assess and improve existing conversational flows, proposing optimizations;
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to gather insights and foster innovative ideas;
  • Facilitate communication among designers, developers, and stakeholders;
  • Support training initiatives on best practices in conversational design;
  • Manage timelines and project milestones, providing regular updates;
  • Assist in the design and testing of conversational prototypes;
  • Ensure adherence to Sinch's conversational quality standards.

Core Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects;
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies;
  • Understanding of conversational design principles;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams;
  • Analytical mindset for evaluating data and performance metrics.
    • Proven experience in conversational design or related field;
      • Demonstrated skills in project coordination or management;
      • Solid understanding of user experience and design best practices;
      • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure;
      • Advanced level of English;
      • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

Big Plus

  • Experience with tools like Miro, Jira, or Confluence;
  • Knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese;
