Drive the scope and design of Global Learning Solutions for Functional Capabilities and the Operating Model, partnering with functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into capability building.
Key tasks & accountabilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end learning process.
- Conduct business and learning needs analyses, aligning with strategy and stakeholders.
- Oversee learning design and resource allocation.
- Manage content curation and development.
- Oversee learning delivery, communications, and change management.
- Propose and oversee roadmap enhancements and new learning solutions, defining their scope.
- Drive the functional operating model, ensuring governance routines with functional stakeholders and SMEs.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills
- Holistic view of the business and results oriented mindset
- Strategic and System Thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Project Management skills, including prioritization.
- Able to effectively manage on several simultaneous projects.
- Analytical capability with the ability to meet deadlines, including data analysis and reporting.
- Learning Agility: ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge.
