Responsabilidades e requisitos

Requisitos

• Ensino médio completo.
• Experiência em atendimento multicanal (voz, chat e e-mail).
• Familiaridade com tecnologia: boa digitação e habilidade com sistemas simultâneos.
• Compromisso com atendimento humanizado - tratamos nossos clientes como gostaríamos de ser tratados
