The Claims Specialist will operate within the Claims department, acting as the bridge between the claims team, service vendors, and the regional office. The role blends traditional procurement activities with a Claims perspective, ensuring contracts are negotiated, reviewed by legal, and aligned with cost-efficiency goals while delivering high-quality service to policyholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Insurance or a related field.
- Experience in procurement or vendor management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical ability and high attention to detail.
- Fluent in Portuguese, English (written and spoken) and Spanish intermediary
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with insurance claims processes and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and claim management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a regional team.
