Principais Atividades
- Identificar talentos para posições no setor de iGaming, abrangendo áreas técnicas, operacionais e corporativas.
- Gerenciar todas as etapas do processo seletivo, garantindo comunicação clara e atualizações constantes no ATS.
- Desenvolver parcerias estratégicas com candidatos e empresas para fortalecer a presença da iHunters no setor.
- Criar e analisar indicadores de desempenho dos processos seletivos, apresentando insights para melhoria contínua.
- Participar de projetos estratégicos, propondo soluções inovadoras para os desafios do recrutamento no setor de iGaming.
- Experiência prévia com recrutamento, preferencialmente em setores dinâmicos como tecnologia ou iGaming.
- Conhecimento sobre o setor de iGaming e seus principais stakeholders será considerado um diferencial.
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidade para interagir com diferentes públicos.
- Inglês avançado ou fluente. Outros idiomas, como espanhol, são um diferencial.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify talent for positions in the iGaming sector, covering technical, operational, and corporate areas.
- Manage all stages of the selection process, ensuring clear communication and regular updates in the ATS.
- Develop strategic partnerships with candidates and companies to strengthen iHunters presence in the sector.
- Create and analyze performance indicators for recruitment processes, presenting insights for continuous improvement.
- Participate in strategic projects, proposing innovative solutions to the challenges of recruitment in the iGaming sector.
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in dynamic sectors such as technology or iGaming.
- Knowledge of the iGaming sector and its key stakeholders will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
- Advanced or fluent English. Other languages, such as Spanish, are a plus.
