Here, you will mentor and coach the team, helping to design and implement the future vision of our data storage, in addition to leading critical initiatives that directly impact our customers and the business.

- Act as a mentor and technical coach for the storage team, influencing architectural decisions and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with the execution of the future vision of Master Data, helping in decision-making and delivery of evolutions.
- Develop strategic vision for more ambiguous and challenging areas, such as data privacy, revisiting and improving existing implementations.
- Work in collaboration with other Staff Engineers and Senior Engineers to ensure technical alignment and quality of deliveries.
- Facilitate cross-team communication and ensure alignment between teams, especially on topics involving multiple domains (e.g. privacy)
- Assume technical leadership in critical projects, leading the delivery of robust, scalable solutions aligned with the company's roadmap.

- Experienced software engineer, with strong knowledge of systems architecture and databases
- Passionate about solving complex technical challenges and working in strategic areas such as Master Data and data privacy
- Comfortable in ambiguous environments, capable of analyzing difficult problems and delivering robust solutions
- Natural mentor, who enjoys inspiring and guiding teams towards growth and technical excellence
- Clear and assertive communicator, with the ability to influence multiple teams and generate real impact
- Analytical, strategic, proactive and autonomous profile, focused on leading end-to-end initiatives
