Mid-Level Operational Excellence Analyst – Continuous Improvement

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and increase efficiency
- Map and analyze processes, proposing solutions and monitoring the implementation of improvements
- Monitor performance indicators and support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure the execution and sustainability of initiatives
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, PDCA, Six Sigma, and Agile methods
- Support the promotion of an operational excellence culture and the monitoring of results achieved
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Six Sigma
- Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong experience with tools such as Bizagi and Visio
- Experience in process mapping, management, and improvement (BPM)
- Experience leading operational transformation projects
- Knowledge of process automation or hyperautomation
- Experience analyzing performance indicators and working in a data-driven environment
- Knowledge of Agile methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SQL is a plus
- Strong influencing, communication, stakeholder engagement, and stakeholder management skills are a plus
- Experience in financial services and other service-based businesses is a plus
- Experience delivering training and serving as a training facilitator is a plus
