Senior Microsoft 365 Analyst

Hyundai AutoEver is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Analyst to support the administration, security, governance, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem across the enterprise.

This role is responsible for managing Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Microsoft Copilot. The position ensures secure, reliable, and efficient collaboration services while supporting business users, compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Monitor service health, availability, and performance.
• Manage tenant configuration, policies, and platform standards.
• Coordinate escalations with Microsoft Support when required.
• Manage user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Provision and deprovision accounts and licenses.
• Administer role-based access control (RBAC), security groups, distribution lists, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
• Configure Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
• Implement Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and least-privilege access principles.
• Maintain Microsoft Defender security policies and monitoring.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Purview compliance controls, including DLP, retention policies, and sensitivity labels.
• Support eDiscovery, legal hold, audit requests, and cybersecurity remediation activities.
• Manage Teams governance, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive architecture, permissions, and sharing controls.
• Manage Windows devices through Microsoft Intune, including device compliance, security baselines, application deployment, MDM, and MAM.
• Manage Microsoft licensing assignments and optimization.
• Support Microsoft Copilot deployment, governance, readiness, and user adoption initiatives.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Microsoft 365-related incidents.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.
• Participate in major incident response and after-hours support activities when required.

Working Hours (Brazil Time)

• 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM during U.S. Daylight Saving Time (November through March)
• 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM during the remainder of the year

Requisitos mínimos

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based and global teams.
• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments in medium to large enterprise organizations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 services, including:
• Entra ID
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft Defender
• Microsoft Purview
• Experience with Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Governance, RBAC, SSO, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Experience managing endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies, device security baselines, and application deployment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft security, compliance, and identity management solutions.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience supporting hybrid Microsoft environments is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
