Growth Marketing Manager

Liderar o time de Growth para impulsionar o crescimento sustentável da base de membros e da receita da companhia por meio de estratégias de performance orientadas a dados.
Responsabilidades- Desenvolver uma compreensão profunda do comportamento e das necessidades do cliente;
- Executar e gerenciar estratégias de performance para impulsionar a aquisição e crescimento de receita de usuários;
- Controlar o budget alocado para mídia em canais digitais;
- Identificar e analisar as principais métricas para avaliar e validar iniciativas de Growth;
- Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais (Marketing, Vendas, Produto, etc.) para implementar iniciativas de crescimento;
- Usar testes A/B, dados de usuários de produtos e pesquisas de mercado para otimizar as estratégias de crescimento;
- Criar de relatórios e apresentação de métricas de desempenho à companhia.
- Mandatórias:
- Análise de Dados;
- Experiência com liderança;
- Experiência em Growth e/ou Performance;
- Domínio de plataformas de mídia paga (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Diferenciais:
- Conhecimento de SQL;
- Experiência com App campaign.
