We are seeking an experienced Regional Growth Manager to lead and execute affiliate strategies tailored for Latin American markets.
This role focuses on driving high-quality user acquisition and engagement through partnerships with affiliates, networks, and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Affiliate Program Development:
- Develop and execute regional affiliate campaigns, promotions, and performance-driven initiatives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners and publishers to expand our reach in the region.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align affiliate & partnership initiatives with our global growth strategies.
- Share market insights to help shape campaigns and improve user engagement in the region.
- Performance Optimization:
- Leverage analytics tools to track performance, forecast results, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Use data insights to inform strategies, drive efficiency, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Innovation and Market Insights:
- Stay up-to-date on affiliate marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies specific to the LATAM market.
- Explore alternative ad networks and innovative acquisition strategies to continuously expand reach and performance.
