
Regional Affiliate Manager LATAM

This is a mid-senior level business development and sales position in the telecommunications and technology sector.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or B2B/B2C partnerships, with a proven track record of managing regional programs.
- Affiliate Program Management:
- Develop and execute regional affiliate campaigns, promotions, and performance-driven initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the growth, product, and marketing teams to align affiliate & partnership initiatives with the company's global growth strategies.
- Share market insights to help shape campaigns and improve user engagement in the region.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the affiliate and partnerships landscape in Latin America.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Tableau.
