Role OverviewAs the Affiliate & Partnerships Manager for LATAM at Roamless, you will lead and execute affiliate strategies tailored for Latin American markets. This role focuses on driving high-quality user acquisition and engagement through partnerships with affiliates, networks, and agencies. You will be responsible for expanding our affiliate footprint, optimizing performance, and building strong, scalable relationships across the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Program Management:
- Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the LATAM affiliate & partnerships program, ensuring consistent growth and optimization of the channel.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners and publishers to expand our reach in the region.
Campaign Development & Optimization:
- Develop and execute regional affiliate campaigns, promotions, and performance-driven initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, networks, and agencies to drive loyalty and performance.
- Act as the main point of contact for LATAM partners, ensuring smooth communication and support.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Leverage analytics tools to track performance, forecast results, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Use data insights to inform strategies, drive efficiency, and report progress to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align affiliate & partnership initiatives with Roamless's global growth strategies.
- Share LATAM market insights to help shape campaigns and improve user engagement in the region.
Innovation & Market Insights:
- Stay up-to-date on affiliate marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies specific to the LATAM market.
- Explore alternative ad networks and innovative acquisition strategies to continuously expand reach and performance.
- Based in the region with strong understanding of the affiliate and partnerships landscape.
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or B2B/B2B2C partnerships, with a proven track record of managing regional programs.
- Experience working with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten Marketing, CJ, or Refersion.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Tableau.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and the LATAM digital landscape.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the travel or telecom sectors is a plus.
