Business Development and Partnerships Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development and Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new partners and executing partnership solutions that align with our business objectives.

Your primary goal will be to negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial terms. You will also be responsible for maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets is essential, as well as strong experience in consultative sales and senior level relationship management.

You should have a working knowledge of affiliate partner management and affiliate programs. Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new partners and executing partnership solutions

  • Maintaining daily records of all financial transactions

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications or partnerships/alliances within the financial services and internet industry
  • Strong experience in consultative sales and senior level relationship management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Working knowledge of affiliate partner management and affiliate programs
