Strategic Partnership Manager

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with select customers within a specific industry. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.

The successful Strategic Partnership Manager will be able to lead the negotiation strategy, develop global discounts and incentives, and interact directly with key stakeholders to establish standardization and strengthen strategic partnerships.

This role requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience in direct customer contract and global discount negotiations, as well as a working knowledge of the industrial automation industry.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with select customers within a specific industry.

  • Lead the negotiation strategy and develop global discounts and incentives.

  • Interact directly with key stakeholders to establish standardization and strengthen strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of related experience in direct customer contract and global discount negotiations.

Working knowledge of the industrial automation industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management and Commercial Sales experience.

Professional Pricing Society Certification.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance required.

MBA desired.
