Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Alliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in further scaling our business in Europe.

You will focus on Latam hotel chains and leverage your expertise to build and manage strategic alliances with regional and local partners. You will identify co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities and drive revenue growth through innovative partnerships.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LATAM hospitality and travel technology ecosystem as well as knowledge of SaaS business models and partnership structures. They will be able to identify, pitch, and convert strategic partnership opportunities and collaborate effectively with internal teams to structure and execute partnership agreements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the hospitality and travel ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute a partnership roadmap aligned with our GTM strategy in LATAM.
  • Identify and capitalize on co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) to structure and execute partnership agreements.
  • Represent us at industry events and partnership meetings to promote our brand and solutions.
  • Monitor partner performance engagement and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Requirements
