We are seeking a seasoned Partnership Manager to join our team and drive growth through strategic partnerships in the financial services sector.
Job Description:
As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a strong network of partners, including Introducing Brokers, affiliates, influencers, and other strategic partners.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure integrated partnership management, design and implement partnership strategies to attract and retain high-value traders, and expand and maintain an active portfolio of partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, influencers, and other strategic partners in the financial and trading sector.
- Expand and maintain an active portfolio of partners and increase monthly revenue generated from these relationships.
- Design and implement partnership strategies to attract and retain high-value traders.
- Monitor partner performance, ensure adherence to company policies, and deliver performance analysis and recommendations.
- Organize co-branded events and marketing promotions to strengthen partner relationships and acquire new clients.
- Conduct and host online webinars, manage promotional campaigns, and support IBs with marketing materials.
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, compliance, and IT departments to ensure integrated partnership management.
- Manage commission structures for IBs, ensure timely and accurate payments, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Gather and act on feedback from IBs and clients to improve services and support.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and enhance the partner ecosystem.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 2 years of experience in Forex/CFD sales (B2B/B2C).
- Strong knowledge of trading principles, including technical and fundamental analysis, risk management, and capital markets.
- Experience using CRM and maintaining comprehensive records of partner interactions.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a similar role.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Professional, cooperative, highly organized, and analytical mindset.
- Preferred: Candidates with experience in the Forex/Finance trading industry and a deep understanding of IB business models.
