Strategic Partnership Director

At RateGain, we are seeking a seasoned Director to spearhead our strategic partnerships in the European market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Latam hotel chains' operations and be familiar with their technology solutions.

This is an individual contributor role that requires a trusted advisor who can navigate the complexities of the travel technology ecosystem. The successful candidate will guide clients to make informed decisions in areas such as distribution, business intelligence, marketing technologies, and beyond.

The Director will be responsible for building and managing strategic alliances with regional and local partners, defining and executing a partnership roadmap aligned with RateGain's global strategy in LATAM, identifying co-marketing and co-selling opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, representing RateGain in industry events, and monitoring partner performance.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key players in the hospitality and travel ecosystem
  • Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and revenue expansion

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships. Key skills include strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities, excellent relationship management skills, advanced verbal and written communication skills in multiple languages, and proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
