About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our strategic partnerships in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality and travel technology ecosystem, particularly in Latin America. They will be responsible for building and managing alliances with regional and local partners, defining and executing a partnership roadmap aligned with our GTM strategy, and identifying co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strategic alliances with regional and local partners
- Define and execute a partnership roadmap aligned with our GTM strategy
- Identify co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute partnership agreements
- Represent us in industry events and partnership meetings
- Monitor partner performance, engagement, and contribution to pipeline and revenue
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of the hospitality and travel technology ecosystem
- Knowledge of SaaS business models and partnership structures
- Awareness of regional trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
