About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our strategic partnerships in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality and travel technology ecosystem, particularly in Latin America. They will be responsible for building and managing alliances with regional and local partners, defining and executing a partnership roadmap aligned with our GTM strategy, and identifying co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strategic alliances with regional and local partners
  • Define and execute a partnership roadmap aligned with our GTM strategy
  • Identify co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the industry
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute partnership agreements
  • Represent us in industry events and partnership meetings
  • Monitor partner performance, engagement, and contribution to pipeline and revenue

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships

Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of the hospitality and travel technology ecosystem
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models and partnership structures
  • Awareness of regional trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
