Unlocking Business Growth through Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to drive channel acquisition and make our partners successful in the most loved SMB messaging collaboration tool.

  • Accelerate partnerships across all markets, enabling our product to be distributed to thousands of businesses in Latin America.
  • Prospect, identify, qualify and generate new partnerships.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close business deals.
  • Drive go-to-market activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and launch partnerships.
  • Manage your partnership pipeline and ensure timely internal and external reporting.
  • Manage the existing portfolio of partners, including upselling, expanding the scope, and optimising current partnerships.
  • Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.

Requirements:

Key Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in partnerships or account management, preferably in a tech or software company.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), energetic, team player.
  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
  • Prior experience in building a partnership program and a track record of successful technology partnerships.
  • Knowledge and experience with the WhatsApp Official API is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is advantageous.
