Location: Brazil, Chile, and Columbia
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of software development experience in CIAM, IAM, or Customer Identity Management environments
- Experience with Consent Management platforms and consent preference management
- Experience with customer identity solutions (preferably with Okta)
- Strong experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, SCIM, WebAuthN / FIDO
- Experience developing integrations between identity platforms and enterprise applications
- Experience with customer identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and profile synchronization
- Experience working within AWS environments utilizing GitHub, Terraform, RDS and Containers
- Strong API development and integration experience
- Experience working with authentication, authorization, tokenization, and federation services
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Okta Identity Engine (OIE) migration experience
- Experience building custom connectors for legacy applications
- Loyalty or retail industry experience
- Zero Trust architecture experience
- Experience building token services or authorization engines
- Enterprise-scale customer identity implementations
- Experience modernizing legacy customer identity ecosystems
Job Description
A client in is looking for a Customer Identity Access Management Developer to join their team. Responsibilities are shown below:
- Develop and maintain integrations between loyalty systems, customer-facing applications, and Okta
- Build custom connectors to support legacy application integrations
- Configure and support consent management and customer preference solutions
- Develop APIs and services supporting authentication, authorization, and customer identity flows
- Support customer lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and profile synchronization
- Partner with IAM engineers, architects, and application owners on integration initiatives
- Troubleshoot identity-related issues and support production environments
- Assist with migration efforts from legacy authentication methods to modern CIAM standards
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing platform enhancements
- Support security initiatives focused on customer identity, authentication, and authorization modernization
Compensation:
$20/hr to $30/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
