As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Senior Consultant – Wholesale Banking, Capital Markets & Treasury to join our team in São Paulo (Hybrid model). This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset, who feel comfortable navigating between business and technology in complex financial environments.

What You'll Do

• Act on high-impact projects focused on wholesale banking, capital markets, and treasury.
• Analyze and design end-to-end solutions with a Front-to-Back-to-Risk view.
• Interact with multiple teams (treasury, risk, operations, compliance, tech).
• Support digital transformation and modernization of financial systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads to help implement complex financial products.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or financial projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial products (fixed income, derivatives, FX, trade finance).
• Holistic understanding of processes across Front, Middle, Back Office, and Risk.
• Familiarity with Front-to-Back-to-Risk tools (risk engines, reconciliation systems).
• Solid communication, structured thinking, autonomy, and adaptability.
• Bachelor's degree in:
  Business Administration
  Economics
  Accounting
  Mathematics / Statistics
  Information Systems / Computer Science

Nice to Have

• Intermediate or advanced Spanish
• Experience in financial risk (market, counterparty, ALM)
• Knowledge of financial management, accounting for financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with digitalization or automation of financial processes

Additional Education & Certifications (Nice to Have)

• Postgraduate or MBA in: Finance, Banking Systems, Data & Analytics
• CPA-20 or CEA (Anbima)
• PSPO / CSPO (Product Owner)
• PMI-ACP / PMP (Project Management)
• SCRUM Master

As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Junior Consultant – Financial Markets to join our team in São Paulo (Hybrid model). This is a great opportunity for someone energetic, curious, and eager to learn more about financial markets while working on impactful projects in large institutions.

What You'll Do

• Support transformation projects in wholesale banking, treasury, and capital markets
• Learn how to map end-to-end financial processes (Front, Middle, Back Office & Risk)
• Contribute to requirements analysis, solution testing, and delivery of financial products
• Interact with both technical and business teams to understand regulatory and operational challenges
• Take part in innovation, digitization, and automation initiatives in the financial sector

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, consulting, or financial projects
• Basic knowledge of financial products (e.g., FX, fixed income, derivatives)
• Genuine interest in capital markets, financial operations, and risk
• Strong analytical, collaborative, and learning mindset
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics / Statistics, Information Systems / Computer Science

Nice to Have

• Intermediate Spanish
• Basic understanding of treasury and back-office processes
• Familiarity with agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
• Introductory knowledge in market risk, ALM, or accounting for financial instruments
• Experience with regulatory topics or data analysis tools

Additional Education (Nice to Have)

• Short courses or extracurriculars in Financial markets (e.g., Anbima, B3 Edu, CVM courses)
• Advanced Excel / Power BI
