We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale transformation program, with a primary focus on Brazil and collaboration across regional and global teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), ideally within large-scale transformation programs.
- Previous experience as an OCM Lead, Change Management Lead, Senior Change Manager, or similar role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps.
- Experience with stakeholder management, change impact assessments, readiness, adoption, and risk mitigation.
- Experience working with regional and global teams in complex organizations.
- Experience with ERP/SAP or enterprise transformation programs is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent Portuguese and English are required.
- Must be based in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the timely and high-quality execution of the OCM methodology, roadmap, and deliverables for Brazil and the ACC region.
- Develop and manage detailed OCM plans and activities aligned with the overall transformation roadmap.
- Provide weekly status reporting on OCM deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and progress.
- Identify and manage organizational change risks, defining appropriate mitigation actions.
- Support local teams in identifying and addressing country-specific change and adoption risks.
- Engage key stakeholders and support organizational readiness and adoption throughout the transformation.
Location: Brazil.
Contract Type: Contractor.
Compensation: USD $6,500/month.
Time Off: 15 vacation days per year.
