Sales Executive Media Ad Performance - Brazil

We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base for performance campaigns. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about media sales and eager to make an impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales cadence: leads and opportunities
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and marketing firms to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions in the performance field.
  • Present and promote our portfolio Media Ad Performance solutions to clients, highlighting their value propositions and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure deals and maximize revenue.
  • Track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and expand professional networks.

Qualifications:

  • Performance campaigns knowledge (User acquisition, retention, engagement)
  • Knowledge of prospecting tools.
  • Knowledge of attribution and measurement solutions like MMP for Mobile Apps (Adjust, Appsflyer, Singular, Kochava, Branch) and desktop (pixel, server to server).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably within the media industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and achieve results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Growing sales and profitability of ROHA by prioritizing and capturing significant new customers and growing revenues with existing customers.
  • Developing and articulating a sales and marketing vision and rallying the sales force behind that vision.
  • Together with the sales and project management team, representing the Company with clients; acting as a lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with every client; facilitating and delivering positive resolution of client issues.
