As a Technical Writer Jr., you will be key in ensuring clarity and accessibility in our product documents and user guides. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely will be essential in empowering our clients to fully utilize and understand our PAM (Privileged Access Management) products.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, installation guides, API documentation, tutorials, and more documents;
  • Adapt technical content for easy-to-understand language for various audiences;
  • Produce comprehensive technical documentation describing the functionalities and configurations using diátaxis;
  • Keep Jira issues complete and organized;
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content.
Qualifications (must Have)
  • Bachelor's degree in areas related to Information Technology, Communication, Journalism, or related fields;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and translate them into clear concepts;
  • Familiarity with management software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace;
  • Ability to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders, including developers, clients, and team colleagues;
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills;
  • Fluent in English;
