The Manager, Regional Compliance, is responsible for serving as a liaison to business partners, providing direction and guidance related to the Diagnostics Platform and Operating Company-specific Compliance programs, and facilitating the implementation of systems and infrastructure to support Compliance program initiatives.

This position reports to the Director, Healthcare Compliance Programs, and is part of the Diagnostics Legal and Compliance department. The position will be located in Brazil and will be working remotely to cover the Latin America region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with multiple functional areas as needed to enhance policies and system controls, develop reports, assist in or lead compliance-related projects, and design assessment tools to verify compliance.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs and communications to ensure all employees are informed and understand compliance obligations.
  • Support the development of risk-based compliance audit and monitoring work plans and protocols and the execution of compliance monitoring data analytics.
  • Accurately compile, verify, and submit required transparency reports in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Support the Platform's third-party due diligence and oversight program.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 years of recent related work experience (or 5+ years of related work experience with a Masters degree).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global corporate environment; proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Previous experience in the Life Sciences, Medical Device, Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and/or Biotech industry with a multinational company.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and perform well in high-pressure dynamic environments.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
