Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Partner with functional areas to enhance policies and system controls, develop reports, assist in or lead compliance-related projects, and design assessment tools to verify compliance.">
  3. Develop and deliver compliance training programs and communications to ensure all employees are informed and understand compliance obligations.">
  4. Support the development of risk-based compliance audit and monitoring work plans and protocols and the execution of compliance monitoring data analytics.">
  5. Accurately compile, verify, and submit required transparency reports in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.">
  6. Support the Platform's third-party due diligence and oversight program.">

The Regional Compliance Manager plays a critical role in serving as a liaison to business partners, providing direction and guidance related to the Diagnostics Platform's Compliance programs, and facilitating the implementation of systems and infrastructure to support Compliance program initiatives.
