- Provide strategic legal support to the commercial team throughout all stages of the public procurement process, including challenges, appeals, qualification, proposals, and contracts
- Draft, review, and validate legal documents, such as contracts, powers of attorney, declarations, minutes, and certificates required for public tenders
- Monitor and interpret changes to legislation applicable to the technology sector and public procurement processes
- Monitor regulatory changes that may impact the company's operations, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
Requirements
- Law degree
- Experience with public procurement and contracts, preferably involving Brazil's new Public Procurement Law (Law No. 14,133/2021)
- Experience working with and supporting commercial teams
- Ability to interpret tender notices and identify legal aspects relevant to strategic decision-making
- Knowledge of the technology sector is a plus
- Willingness to travel preferred; valid driver's license and ability to drive preferred
- Experience working with municipal governments is preferred
- Knowledge of or experience with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and compliance is a plus
