In your day‑to‑day, you will

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and delivery of Medical Affairs web initiatives, including new site launches, enhancements, migrations, and global rollouts.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, budgets, and resource planning across cross‑functional teams including Medical Affairs, IT, UX/UI, Analytics, regional affiliates, agencies, and vendors.
• Facilitate governance, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive updates, while driving backlog prioritization, release planning, UAT, and post‑launch support.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows; define CMS‑related web requirements for templates, components, navigation, and user journeys.
• Partner with UX/UI teams to review wireframes and designs, and support GA4 tagging, KPI measurement, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure ongoing alignment with platform standards, accessibility, compliance, privacy, and operational governance requirements.

Skills you have

• 7+ years of experience in web project management, digital delivery, or business analysis, with a track record managing website implementations, enhancements, migrations, and global rollouts.
• Strong Agile delivery experience, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and UAT coordination.
• Working knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms, digital experience delivery, UX principles, and web analytics.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills, with proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and executive‑level stakeholders.

Skills that will make you stand out

• Hands‑on experience with Sitecore or a comparable enterprise CMS.
• GA4, web tagging, and digital analytics implementation experience.
• Collaboration with UX/UI teams using Figma or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled digital experiences or search solutions.
