Production Supervisor/ Manufacturing/ Medical/ Mold/ Team Lead/ Engineer
Job Highlights
- 12 hours Shift: 3-4-4-3 pattern
- Working hours: Night Shift (7pm - 7am)
- Permanent Position / MNC/ Near MRT/ Urgent Hiring

Our client (MNC)is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing company for Medical devices and Automotive industries.
Responsibilities
- Implement production work orders and plans to meet operational requirements and deadlines
- Ensure products consistently meet customer quality specifications through monitoring and control
- Monitor production processes and report deviations or changes promptly to management
- Perform machine and mold setup following established procedures and molding data sheets
- Maintain 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards to promote a safe and organized work environment
- Control scrap levels and optimize production efficiency to achieve target outputs
- Ensure timely closure of work orders to maintain production flow and reporting accuracy
- Supervise packing and packaging activities to meet quality and delivery standards
- Support troubleshooting efforts for quality, production, and tooling issues to minimize downtime
- Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance skills and operational performance
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvements
Requirements
- Diploma or NTC2 in any Engineering-related discipline, possess good leadership, self-motivated, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic Injection moulding knowledge
- 2-3 years’ experience/knowledge in Medical, Manufacturing or similar industry.
- Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, is added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge i.e. MS -Excel skill is needed
