- Efficiently operate AVIPAM systems to complete domestic and international travel requests
- Search for, book, and confirm services according to client needs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of client travel policies to provide accurate guidance and personalized, consultative support
- Offer viable transportation and accommodation alternatives and guidance
- Respond accurately and promptly within established deadlines
- Comply with supplier rules, including in last-minute situations
- Provide information on fares, exchange rates, and penalties to support effective decision-making
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including passports, visas, and related documentation
- Align service delivery with AVIPAM and client strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field preferred
- Proven experience working for travel agencies or a TMC, with a focus on international travel support
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with GDS platforms Sabre and Amadeus, as well as online booking tools (OBTs) such as Reserve, Argo, and/or Lemontech
- Proficiency in using airline portals
- Advanced English proficiency is a plus
