Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join the team at NORVEXA PTE. LTD. in the North Region. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities and distribution activities. As Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, and liaising between different departments to ensure efficient logistics and timely delivery of goods. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of service and supporting the overall success of our warehousing and distribution operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating receipt, storage and dispatch of goods within the warehouse
• Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate stock records using warehouse management systems
• Preparing and processing shipping and receiving documentation
• Liaising with logistics, sales and customer service teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Organising warehouse layout and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations to identify discrepancies
• Training and supporting warehouse staff on procedures and best practices
• Managing warehouse equipment and reporting maintenance issues promptly
• Resolving warehouse-related queries and problems efficiently
• Supporting the implementation of warehouse improvements and efficiency initiatives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment, ideally in a coordinator or supervisory role
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehousing operations
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including moving and handling goods
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing warehouse demands and priorities
• A relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain or warehouse management would be advantageous
