Responsibilities:
Ensure the Digital Ambassador maintain service standards in their engagements with seniors, hawkers and merchants
Assist with logistical requirements at the hubs
Ensure the timely execution and completion of the monthly senior call-back for the GRC and conduct survey interviews
Support the Operations Manager in liaising with the partners in setting up of n setting up of roving counters, learning journeys, events and pop-up counters and assist client’s publicity materials for activities
Ensure engagements are captured, keyed into the CRM system and activities for compilation.
Generate monthly reports to update Operations Manager on engagement numbers and Digital Ambassador performance
Requirements;
1-3 years relevant work experience in leadership or community development roles.
Meticulous individual with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
Able to sense-make to anticipate/escalate issues and identify opportunities
Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
Able to manage a team
Able to adapt to different situations and environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Salary: $3800
Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday to Sunday, based on schedule)
Working Hours: 8.5 hours
Duration: Till March 2027 (renewable)
Location: Islandwide
