Established in early 2010 by the former Global Head of M&A at Groupe Casino , Euro Latina Finance is a French independent financial advisory firm specialized in cross-border transactions between Europe and Latin America. With regional offices and local teams in Paris, São Paulo, and Bogotá, Euro Latina Finance provides tailor-made M&A and strategic advice to a portfolio of international blue-chip clients. M&A Intern – Location: São Paulo (Itaim Bibi)

The Role: M&A Intern. The Intern will be involved in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including: preparation of internal and client presentations (pitches, company profiles, teasers, CIMs), participation in financial and valuation analyses, and participation in meetings or calls with international clients along with the senior team from Euro Latina Finance.

Qualifications:

  • Full availability to work in our São Paulo office (Itaim Bibi), as this is a 100% on-site position
  • High academic credentials from a leading business and/or engineering school and/or top-tier university
  • Solid background in finance and accounting, exceptional rigor and attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under time pressure
  • Previous experience in an IB or PE firm is a preferred qualification
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (French and/or Spanish would be highly valued)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior command of MS-Office Tools, namely Excel and PowerPoint
  • Expected graduation in Jul/26, Dez/26 or later

Finance Analyst – SaaS startup (Finance & Operational Finance)

About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to join our fast-growing SaaS startup. This role combines financial planning & analysis with hands-on operational finance support, including accounting journal entries, invoicing, and managing payables and receivables. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience with SaaS metrics, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for forecasting revenue, expenses, and cash flow
  • Track and analyze key SaaS KPIs such as MRR, ARR, churn, retention, CAC, LTV, and gross margin
  • Perform variance analysis against budget and forecasts, identifying performance drivers

Accounting & Operational Finance

  • Support monthly and quarterly accounting close by preparing and reviewing journal ledger entries
  • Assist with invoice preparation and processing for customers and vendors
  • Manage accounts payable: verify vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and reconcile accounts
  • Manage accounts receivable: monitor collections, follow up on overdue accounts, and update AR aging reports

Role scope

The Finance Project Analyst will oversee financial performance for assigned projects, focusing on key metrics like budget consumption, invoicing, and cash flow. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial reports, collaborating with Project Managers on resourcing and discrepancies, and supporting project closeouts. The role also involves managing vendor contracts, ensuring operational compliance, and escalating financial concerns. Additionally, the analyst will optimize processes, track project health, and assist with forecasting, invoicing, and payments.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a key contact for interpreting and investigating financial results for assigned projects
  • Prepare, reconcile, analyze, and report project KPIs (LOE, T&E, 3rd party Budget consumption, milestones acceptance, invoicing and cash receipts status)
  • Review actual and planned resources, flag discrepancies to Project Managers
  • Handle project closeout reconciliations and escalate issues as needed
  • Analyze financial and business data for assigned projects and contracts
  • Coordinate with Project Managers on change orders, project status, resourcing, and budgets
  • Assist in developing regular financial status reports for projects
  • Record monthly revenue for contracts and communicate estimates to clients
  • Monitor subcontractor and vendor contracts, acting as the contact point for external/internal resources
  • Attend project meetings to support Project Managers and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Track overall project health, including revenues, gross profit, receivables, and project closeouts
  • Ensure operational procedures are followed by Project Teams
  • Identify and work with team leads to resolve and/or escalate violations as needed
  • Validate reports obtained from projects and ensure timely delivery
  • Work with project team leads and program directors on operational support needs, set up and lead project meetings
  • Assist with Resource plan baselines
  • Review and manage exceptions and escalate to stakeholders as needed
  • Process and distribute reports, defining tool requirements
  • Analyze and monitor dashboard reports on every project created monthly
  • Identify planned projects monthly
  • Identify projects with LOE overage and escalate to senior management
  • Schedule invoices and assist in their processing
