is looking for a hardworking, thoughtful, and driven client-facing enablement professional to make a significant impact on our Client-Facing Group globally. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Sales and/or Revenue Enablement roles, eager to build on existing skills and face new challenges.

About The Role

Your responsibilities include collaboration with the Enablement Team, LATAM client-facing teams, and partnerships with Business Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success groups. Focus areas include onboarding new sales team members and supporting LATAM revenue teams, ensuring effective communication and streamlined product/process knowledge.

  • Design, develop, and implement Sales Enablement solutions aligned with strategic goals.
  • Deliver engaging onboarding experiences that embody the culture.
  • Create training curricula within set timelines and budgets.
  • Build relationships with regional leadership to translate feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Identify skills gaps and develop solutions for sales team development.
  • Coordinate with cross-departmental teams for smooth program execution.
  • Develop and track sales enablement metrics to measure training effectiveness and improve initiatives.
  • Coach sales staff on selling skills, product knowledge, and processes.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Regionalize training content to include LATAM-specific deals and market insights.
  • Monitor sales objectives related to training sessions and participation.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years in full-cycle sales or sales training roles.
  • Experience in management, training, or onboarding, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management platforms is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration and self-motivation to meet goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for developing others.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience with Sales and Enablement tools like Gong, Salesforce, Highspot, etc., is a plus.
