Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry

Sweden needs skilled engineers. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. You will help us find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.

Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and your role includes building trust with suitable candidates and coordinating relocation with a global team of recruiters and our Swedish delivery management team that handles practical relocation matters.

We fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related arrangements.

Our clients operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. You will be part of a team that strives to help engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Telescope\'s core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

As a senior headhunter you will help us find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden. You will:

  • Identify and approach engineers with the goal of relocation to Sweden
  • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and manage relocation logistics with support from a global and Swedish team
  • Coordinate with our Swedish delivery management team on relocation-related practicalities
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries to plan and execute recruitment efforts
  • Support engineers and their families through the move, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Qualifications

Required competence (please ensure this is documented in your CV):

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience
  • A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution for the challenge
  • High quality and brand awareness
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing
  • Upper intermediate English
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, capable of identifying and closing a recruitment request
  • Self-confident, sociable, friendly and motivated
  • Resilient, able to persist after a rejection
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance

Extent & Duration: Start ASAP.

Employment details
  • Full time
  • Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur
  • Minimum 12 months
  • Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday
  • Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex
  • Location: Work from home or a co-location center of your choice
  • Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes
  • Free national holidays, with maintained payment
  • 20 paid vacation days
  • Paid travels, housing, and per diem
