Today we focus on three main areas: (1) boosting underwriting (by increased recommended credit limits and reduction in delinquency); (2) increasing enterprise revenue through hyper-personalization of offerings to SMBs; and (3) customer segmentation to attract the right kind of SMBs to the sales funnel.

Founded in 2024 by Viviane Meister and Bruno Alano (ex-OpenAI) and accelerated by NVIDIA, AWS and Google.

The role

Avra is entering an exciting phase. Customer growth is accelerating, with tangible results. And we are just scratching the surface of everything our foundational platform can offer.

To shape this journey, we are looking for someone with vision, a builder profile and execution-focused, who can drive strategic projects partnering closely with our COO. You will bring pace across our company, and help achieve our ambitions.

Your superpower is delivering complex projects whilst crafting clear narratives to align and inspire the team. You will play an outsized role: by amplifying what we get done, and helping us hit our goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross functional strategic projects. Cross-functional covers the whole org: Sales, Product, Tech, Ops, Founders. You name it And the projects will be varied. From helping us refine a Go To Market strategy by engaging with the market and experts. To running our goal-setting process. Refining our Forward Deployment strategy. And more.
  • Get things operationalized. One week you will deliver on a Revenue Ops initiative driving alignment between Sales and Finance and getting into the weeds of how to best use our software tools. The next you'll be kicking off a project to define what Remote First means at Avra, pulling in input from various teams and external sources - and then implement it.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on key strategic topics, always being able to quickly identify key value levers for each of those analyses and prioritize them with the teams.
  • Methodically build in global best practice into our ways of working at Avra. Spearhead our continuous learning mindset. You are the type of character who knows you don't always have to re-invent the wheel. You find the best way of doing things, adapt and replicate.

  • Experience with operational processes and a knack for understanding why they exist and how they can be improved.

Experience and qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Industry: a background in consulting is required. Experience working in hyper growth tech start-ups with cross-functional teams is a plus.
  • Academic background: Bachelor's degree or MBA. Alternatively, a project or work experience that shows you can commit to a long term undertaking, that you can invest in understanding building blocks and seek learning.
  • Continuous learner: Proven record of learning new skills in the workplace in the last 3 years. We are AI first and this goes beyond our product - and into the day to day of how we operate.
  • Languages: Portuguese & English fluency.
