Business Planning and Operations Intern

The purpose of the Business Planning and Operations team is to maintain and support smooth operation of the Consumer Business Department (B2C team) in such key areas as budget process, planning, reporting, project management and day-to-day business operations. The Business Planning and Operations Intern role is to support Sales and Marketing activities of B2C teams. You will be responsible for document management and cross-functional projects support. All communication is in English.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating of purchase requisitions in ELMA Procurement system;
  • Sending invoices for payment;
  • Contracts signing / documents management (ELMA, DocuSign);
  • Oral/written interaction with suppliers/partners (MDF Proof of Execution process);
  • Maintain and structure of local Confluence spaces;
  • Cross-functional projects support like Omnichannel calendar, Partner portal, Project pages update.

Job Requirements:

  • The ability to work 30 - 35 hours a week;
  • English at Upper Intermediate level;
  • Confident user of Power Point and Excel;
  • Ability to learn quickly;

Recruitment Process (approx. 2–3 weeks total):

Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and maintain operational workflows for cross-border payments (including fiat and stablecoin transactions) and VASP activities.
  • Monitor transaction costs, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to enhance operational performance.
  • Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, cash flow tracking, and crypto/stablecoin fund movements.
  • Maintain detailed records of all virtual asset activities to ensure compliance with internal
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls, including KYB/KYC/AML checks, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with banking partners, OTC desks, and internal teams to guarantee smooth settlement, reconciliation, and liquidity management.
  • Develop and implement scalable SOPs and operational tools to support business growth, ensuring reliability and consistency across markets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, financial operations, or crypto-related back-office roles, preferably in fintech or Web3 environments.
  • Solid understanding of stablecoins, blockchain-based payment flows, and operational risk.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish and Mandarin is a plus.
