- Take overall ownership of the day-to-day operational performance of assigned DEX branches under the assigned region.
- Provide direction and support to Branch Supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly regional performance reports.
- Participate in operational review meetings and present branch performance Ensuring management decisions and operational initiatives are effectively cascaded and implemented at branch level
- Take overall accountability for achieving assigned regional operational KPIs.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, productivity gaps, performance deviations and take corrective actions.
- Ensure consistent implementation of DEX SOPs, operational controls, and compliance requirements across all branches.
- Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment requirements in coordination with management and HR.
Position Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in logistics, courier, last-mile delivery, transportation, warehouse, or branch operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple branches or operational locations.
- Experience managing field teams, delivery riders or large operational teams.
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and operational KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting/analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume operational environment.
