Main Responsibilities of the Position The role involves supporting the planning, execution, and communication of the annual compensation cycle, managing the Workforce Compensation Oracle HCM module, conducting compensation analysis, and supporting global mobility programs. The position also includes data management, external vendor management, policy development, benchmarking and compliance. Requirements Work Model: Remote Location: Brazil or Argentina Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. English fluent (written and spoken). Relevant HR experience in a global-matrix organization. Experience supporting global compensation analysis and global mobility programs. Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations in multiple countries. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification; Oracle HCM including Workforce Compensation Module; Experience as part of a global total rewards team.
