Offer Description
This project was developed in partnership with other research centers, government institutions, and social movements. Its objective is to map the trans population that lives or works in one of the 39 municipalities in the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo, Brazil.
The post-doctoral fellow's activities involve team leadership, data analysis and interpretation, and production of scientific articles within the scope of the project, in addition to co-supervision, with the Principal Investigators, of undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students. The candidate must demonstrate advanced knowledge in research, epidemiology, and the work context, and be familiar with the theme of gender and work, in addition to experience in leadership and team management and scientific production. In addition, the candidate must have completed a doctorate on the subject less than seven years ago.
Applications must be submitted by April 4, 2025, by sending an updated CV, a letter of intent containing a project summary in this line of research (up to three thousand characters), a CV Summary, and a suggested Activity Plan. Interested individuals, whether Brazilian or foreign, must reside in the state of São Paulo. The Post-Doctoral Fellowship is funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) and follows the FAPESP table, in the amount of R$ 12,000.00 per month and a Technical Reserve of 10% of the value of the fellowship for expenses related to the research activity. Non-renewable for more than a year.
