Nesta posição você irá: 

  • Fornecer liderança técnica e estratégica para as equipes de engenharia de software, estabelecendo padrões de qualidade, melhores práticas e direcionando o desenvolvimento de soluções inovadoras.
  • Colaborar com a equipe de liderança para definir a estratégia tecnológica da empresa, identificar tendências emergentes e avaliar novas tecnologias para aprimorar os produtos e processos.
  • Supervisionar, orientar e desenvolver equipes de engenheiros de software, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e de alto desempenho;
  • Pativamente do desenvolvimento de software, liderando projetos críticos e garantindo a entrega de produtos de alta qualidade.
  • Gerenciar recursos e orçamentos de engenharia de software, garantindo a eficiência e a alocação adequada de recursos para atender às metas e aos prazos do projeto.
  • Mentorar o time, promovendo o crescimento profissional e auxiliando no desenvolvimento de habilidades técnicas e de liderança.

Para esta posição é importante que você tenha:

  • Experiência em gestão e desenvolvimento de pessoas, sendo pelo menos 3 anos como Gerente de Engenharia;
  • Experiência com arquitetura e desenvolvimento mobile;
  • Forte conhecimento de negócios e produtos digitais;
  • Fortes habilidades interpessoais para gerenciar uma equipe de desenvolvedores buscando melhorar o desempenho da equipe, fornecendo feedback relevante, criando e medindo KPIs de desempenho;
  • Experiência em trabalhar com ambientes, ferramentas e processos de entrega ágil;
  • Fortes habilidades em práticas profissionais de engenharia de software e melhores práticas para todo o ciclo de vida de desenvolvimento de software, incluindo, processos de construção, testes e operações.
