#ExploreTheExperience #CarreirasCoaktion   Como Sales Engineer sua principal responsabilidade será combinar conhecimento técnico profundo com habilidades de vendas, para oferecer soluções adaptadas às necessidades dos clientes e mostrar como atendemos, convertendo assim novas vendas. Na Workise, você trabalhará com a solução monday.com e todos os seus produtos, além do portfólio de serviços da Workise.    Responsabilidades:
  • Atuar como ponto focal para todas as consultas técnicas durante o ciclo de vendas;
  • Colaborar com a equipe de vendas para entender as necessidades do cliente e fornecer soluções técnicas personalizadas;
  • Apresentar demos técnicas, destacando os recursos e benefícios da plataforma monday.com e mostrando como resolvemos o problema do cliente;
  • Construir e conduzir demonstrações de soluções, POCs, RFPs e Workshops;
  • Criar propostas de soluções e realizar estimativas de projetos para clientes;
  • Projetar soluções de arquitetura na plataforma monday.com, selecionando a forma mais adequada às necessidades do cliente considerando escalabilidade, desempenho e segurança.
Requisitos:
  • Experiência anterior como Sales Engineer ou em um papel técnico equivalente;
  • Experiência em pré-venda de soluções SaaS;
  • Capacidade de traduzir requisitos técnicos em soluções práticas para clientes;
  • Experiência em configuração de ferramentas low-code;
  • Residir na Grande São Paulo;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e encontros/reuniões presenciais;
  • Inglês avançado para explorar a ferramenta a ser vendida e realizar treinamentos.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento em tecnologias e tendências de CRM, desenvolvimento de sistemas e ITSM;
  • Experiência ou conhecimento da ferramenta Monday;
  • Experiência em vendas de soluções de workflow e gestão de atividades.
