O que você fará?

  • Desenvolver interfaces de usuário finais, dinâmicas e responsivas nos Portais na plataforma ServiceNow.
  • Criar aplicações web e móveis, seguindo wireframes, mapas de site e designs visuais com uso de HTML5, CSS3 e JavaScript compatível com padrões.
  • Colaborar estreitamente com EMs e outros desenvolvedores para entender, priorizar e executar demandas de desenvolvimento e manutenção.
  • Participar ativamente de revisões de design e sessões para captar requisitos de clientes.
  • Codificar, depurar, documentar, implantar e manter software de maneira eficiente e eficaz.
  • Adaptar e modificar aplicações existentes, além de trabalhar para melhorar a interface dos Portais.
  • Envolver-se em análises de problemas e no design de sistemas conforme necessário.

Qual bagagem você deve trazer?

  • Profundo conhecimento técnico para construir interfaces de usuário escaláveis e de alto desempenho.
  • Experiência prévia com o Portal de Serviços ServiceNow, incluindo HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS e Bootstrap.
  • Familiaridade com o desenvolvimento de aplicações ServiceNow (Scoped application) e integrações com terceiros (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
  • Formação em Ciência da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas afins.
  • Pelo menos três anos de experiência como desenvolvedor ServiceNow.

Experiências que realmente nos encantam

  • Certificação ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) e/ou ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Familiaridade com padrões de design e experiência interagindo com APIs REST.
  • Capacidade de aplicar inovações tecnológicas para melhorar funcionalidades da plataforma.
