A Share People Hub, em parceria com uma Multinacional especializada em engenharia elétrica, buscam por Sales Engineer (Photovoltaic), para atuação presencial em Campinas/SP.
DESAFIOS DA POSIÇÃO | PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Gerenciar diretrizes e definir estratégias para comercialização de produtos e serviços;
- Desenvolver estudos de mercado sobre potencial, planos e programas de vendas;
- Efetuar contatos a fim de prospectar novos clientes, visitas e negociações comerciais;
- Elaborar relatórios de visitas comerciais;
- Prestar atendimento a carteira de clientes, de acordo com as políticas e procedimentos estabelecidos a fim de atingir os objetivos da empresa e aumentar participação no mercado;
- Realizar acompanhamento de satisfação do cliente na venda e pós-venda;
- Manter comunicação com a matriz para coordenar atividades em clientes comuns;
REQUISITOS NECESSÁRIOS:
- Superior completo em Engenharia Elétrica / Eletrônica / Automação, Mecânica ou Produção;
- Pós graduação/ MBA;
- Disponibilidade para viagens;
- Conhecimento em instalações elétricas (ex.: desenho de instalações, eletrônica de potência);
- Conhecimento em automação;
- Conehcimento em aplicação básica das linhas de produtos;
- Técnicas para formação de preços e apuração das margens;
- Técnicas de Negociação;
- Desejável conhecimento do mercado fotovoltaico;
- Desejável conhecimento em CRM;
