What you’ll do Lead trading ops: trade capture, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations Own Daily P&L/NAV, attribution, KPIs and ROE tracking Oversee counterparty risk, limits, margining, incident remediation Negotiate ISDA/CSA, PB/FCM docs and credit/leverage lines (TRS, repo, FX) Run treasury
