- A sua missão
- Liderar a área de Operações de RH que contempla Remuneração, Benefícios e Gestão do orçamento de pessoal
- Elaboração, atualização e divulgação das políticas de remuneração da empresa
- Realizar análises detalhadas das práticas de remuneração e benefícios a fim de fornecer insights, recomendações e alterações aos gestores e à alta liderança da empresa;
- Garantir a participação da empresa em pesquisas e grupos locais de remuneração, a fim de garantir manutenção da competitividade e atratividade e identificar tendências e oportunidades para o pacote de total compensation;
- Garantir que todos os programas de remuneração e benefícios estejam em conformidade com as leis trabalhistas e regulamentações locais;
- Responsável pelo ciclo anual de orçamento de pessoas para o Brasil, definindo premissas juntamente com as demais áreas e analisando resultados/impactos, de acordo com a orientação estratégica da empresa para o ciclo;
- Criação, acompanhamento e controle das métricas e reports da área de Recursos Humanos em alinhamento à estratégia do negócio e aos KPIs corporativos globais
- Garantir o desenvolvimento e a implementação de novos benefícios para os empregados, de acordo com as necessidades do negócio, orçamento e melhores práticas de mercado;
- Gerenciar as atividades de gestão de contratos de benefícios, orientando a equipe no cumprimento do escopo do contrato, qualidade dos serviços prestados, gestão de pagamentos, analisando indicadores de performance dos contratos;
- Suportar a equipe em processos de negociação junto à prestadores de benefícios, garantindo que as melhores condições sejam oferecidas à empresa;

O que esperamos de você

Ensino superior completo (Administração, Economia, Estatística ou correlatos);
- Experiência em gestão de remuneração e benefícios;
- Experiência em gestão de orçamento de pessoal
- Experiência em gestão de projetos de digitalização ou automação de RH
- Experiência com gestão de pessoas;
- Inglês fluente;
- Sólido conhecimento de excel e VBA
- Conhecimentos em legislação trabalhistas
- Conhecimentos em administração de pessoal
- Conhecimentos de gestão de benefícios
- Visão sistêmica, comunicação e atuação consultiva
