**Your Role and Responsibilities**
In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Kafka Developer should have solid development experience using Confluent Kafka
- Strong experience in developing microservices using Springboot and Kafka
- Integrations that consume and post data into Kafka topics

Kafka Connectors such as SQL Server CDC, Oracle CDC, JBDC and MQ Connectos, Serialization and deserialization
- Avro, ksqlDB, Rest Proxy (expose and maintain endpoints), Connect their integrations with RBAC Troubleshooting in Kafka on Openshift Environment, Know Kafka Devops
- Experience in using MQ Oracle source and Sink Connectors
- Experience in Kafka performance testing
- Fluent in English and good communication skills
