Description/Responsabilities:

- Responsible for coordinating the growth projects with commercial corn Portfolio.
- Work together Portfolio Leader to recognizes opportunities to improve the Corn Strategy portfolio for own Brands.
- Coordinate all innovation projects for corn portfolio.
- Manage Life Cycle of the commercial corn portfolio.
- Drive the implementation and ensure discipline around key marketing strategy for corn portfolio.
- Lead the corn complaints process at all stages.
- Coordinate entire Forage strategy for Corteva, including:

- Market Assessment = sizing, characteristics, technology adoption. This role will act as a hub of information, working close to the FMMs and Agronomists in order to manage it's Business.
- Product = provide all kind of information to support the Product Line Leader to define: product target, product advancement, LCM, product positioning for both Forage Hybrids.
- Demand Creation = works with the Brand Leaders in order to define what kind of demand creation each brand needs to implement and also plan all the field activities and promotional investments. Responsible to evaluate and support field activities by sales and marketing groups.
- RTM = support the implementation of the RTM strategy for each brand by acting as a trainer to Agronomy Focal Points and also the FMMs, DSMs, Sales REPs, Promoters and Distributors.
- Work together Brand Leader to ensure value propositions of the forage product.

- Graduation in Agronomy areas.
- 5 to 7 years technical services or agronomy experience
- Project Manager Tools
- knowledge of analytical and business tools.
- Advanced Excel
- Advanced English
